Eric was born and raised in Gainesville, FL. Since 1979, his parents have owned and operated a restaurant, Napolatano's, which laid the groundwork for who he is today. They both instilled work ethic, honesty, passion and compassion among many other things that still apply to his everyday life. After living in South Carolina, Indiana, and New Hampshire, he found home in Ponte Vedra in 2013.
Him and his wife, Meg, are blessed to have a son, Wesley, a daughter, Collins, and a dog, Otis. In his downtime, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, skiing (water and snow), and pretty much any other outdoor activity. Also, just like so many other children raised in the south, Saturday’s in the fall are reserved for college football. He earned his BS from the University of Florida and an MS from the University of South Carolina.
