Justin’s goal as a part of BOE’s team is to ensure each person they work with leaves with a smile. He takes pride in knowing that his focus is to make this a stress free and exciting time for you and your family. He enjoys getting to know each customer on a personal and professional level allowing him to create a strong relationship and truly have insight on your family's goals.

He graduated from the University of North Florida in Community Sport with a main focus on business relations and leadership. Prior to BOE, he worked in positions outside of the banking industry. Each role helped to mold him in detail orientation, diligence and ability to help others achieve their goals. What brings him the most joy is knowing that someone he’s helped is happier than before their interaction.

Originally from Miami, he relocated in 2010 to attend school. Him and his wife have a beautiful dog, Piper, who loves to keep them busy when they are not working. He also enjoys all sports, with baseball being his favorite. If he’s not out on the baseball field, you can find him on the water or in the woods trying to start a campfire.
