Josh Downing is a Mortgage Banker at Bank of England Mortgage. Growing up with a mother in real estate, Downing spent more time in a real estate office than anywhere else. Early on he was familiarized with the business, which provided him with a strong sense of partnership with realtors. He enjoys building relationships with first-time homebuyers and walking people through the process of achieving their dreams.

Downing is a Jacksonville native and outside of work he spends his time enjoying everything Northeast Florida has to offer. He is the Social Chair for NEFAR-Beaches Council, a member of MOCA, and has been on Impact Jax’s professional development committee for over 10 years.
