This letter is to thank you for the friendly and very efficient service we received from you and Bank of England during our recent home refinancing.

We were obtaining bids for a room addition and planned to refinance our current mortgage and take a little equity from our home to pay for the addition. We couldn’t begin the refinance process until we obtained bids from contractors for the construction. When we finally determined the amount needed and were ready to begin construction we urgently began shopping for financing.

We were told by several lenders that we qualified for the loan, however, it would take three to six months before we could close. We did not want to wait six months to begin construction. When we spoke with you at Bank of England on March 31, 2011, you said we should be able to close by April 15th. Needless to say, I was skeptical.

We completed the loan application and provided the requested documentation. True to your word, we closed the loan on April 15, 2011. This was the easiest, most efficient mortgage loan process we have ever experienced. We will soon be enjoying our new addition and have Ed Moran and Bank of England to thank for it.

I found Bank of England (Jacksonville, FL) to be a great mortgage company....The beginning of 2011, needless to say was a bit rocky. I found myself starting life over divorced, in a new season, and in need of re-financing my home. At that time, I turned to my current mortgage lender, who promised they could get it done. We locked in a rate, I was signing paperwork and gathering documents; only to be told 2 weeks later I was denied and they would be happy to assist me 12 months down the road. I was crushed and felt awful.

Turning to Ed Moran with Bank of England, they were able to refinance me within 3 months. BOE was thorough in their paperwork, upfront about all money, and always took time for my questions. I never felt they were pushing or had anything hidden. My mortgage experience with Mr. Moran and BOE was they were always pleasant, professional, and friendly even down to the closing that was in my home.

I take away from the process a company that genuinely cares for each of their clients in all situations of life and would recommend them to anyone.
